What is BeWell?
A project to promote the upskilling and reskilling of the European health workforce
The BeWell project is committed to advancing the skills of the health and care workforce across Europe through innovative online courses. Our courses are designed to help professionals stay at the forefront of the latest trends and technologies in Digital and Green Skills.

The BeWell partners aspire to create a robust, applicable, measurable and implementable updated version of the current BeWell Skills Strategy which should be ready for an immediate deployment at local, regional, national and eventually European levels in 2026 and beyond.

FAQ
Who can enrol in courses?
The BeWell courses are open to anyone, however they have been created for the health and care workforce.
Are the courses available in multiple languages?
Yes! All BeWell courses are available in English. Additionally some courses are offered in German, Greek, Italian, Romanian, Bulgarian and Norwegian.
How do I obtain a certificate?
You will receive an automatic certificate on Skillscourses after completing a course with an average grade of 75% or higher and filling out the course evaluation questionnaire. Please make sure that you select a username that you would like to have displayed on on your certificate, e.g. First and Last Name, when you register for a course.
Where can I find my certificate?
After completing your course, your automatic certificate of completion will be issued by SkillsCourses. You can access it in the following ways:
- Immediately after completion: Click the “View Certificate” button that appears at the end of the course.
- Later access:
- Go to My Account → My Courses. From the drop-down menu at the top, select Completed courses, then click View Certificate next to the course.
- Alternatively, you can navigate to the course page or “all courses” and click “Visit Results” to find your certificate.
Can I change the name on my certificate?
Certificates are issued using the username you provided during registration on SkillsCourses. Unfortunately, usernames cannot be changed. If you need your certificate to display a different name, please contact us at contact[at]ntim.org, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Why do I need to complete the evaluation survey?
The BeWell courses are currently tested within pilots to evaluate the materials, content and skills of the courses and to further improve them. Anyone who is currently taking part in one of the courses within the context of the BeWell project (until November 2025) has not only the opportunity to gain new skills but is also a tester and therefore will complete the evaluation survey to help further improve the BeWell training programmes. The completion of the evaluation survey is mandatory to receive a certificate of the courses. For each course one evaluation questionnaire has to be completed.
When do I have to complete the evaluation survey?
The evaluation survey is available at the end of each course within the section “Course evaluation”. Please complete the survey after finishing all lessons and quizzes of a course.
How long does filling in an evaluation survey take?
The completion of the evaluation survey only takes about 5 minutes.
Where can I access the courses I have started?
Go to My Account → My Courses. From the drop-down menu at the top, select Active. You will then see an overview of the courses you have started and how many lessons you have completed.
How is my prior learning taken into account?
Your prior learning is assessed through a self-assessment test available at Skillsbank.eu. This test is designed to evaluate your existing skills and knowledge in specific areas relevant to your field.
Where can I take a self-assessment test?
You can take a self-assessment test at skillsbank.eu. Choose BeWell when registering as a “New end user”. The self-assessment test will be available from spring 2025.
