The goal of this course in change management is for the students to acquire knowledge to be able to practically uncover and carry out practical exercises so that they are better equipped to implement the necessary changes to a circular practice. Through exploratory teaching, the students are included as active participants, so that they not only gain knowledge about, but can also develop skills and attitudes related to science topics.

The course is structured around the 5E model, which is an exploratory teaching.  Inquiry-based teaching is often divided into three phases;

Finally, some (or all) of the students present their possible solutions to the other students. After a solution has been presented, the students discuss this possible solution.

Students are first presented with a challenge or problem. Alternatively, they themselves have helped to uncover the problem.
