This Organisational Skills course provides a comprehensive understanding of effective people management, continuous learning, and employee awareness in the context of sustainable business practices. It explores strategies for building awareness, overcoming resistance to change, and integrating circular economy principles into daily operations.
Course 2 also emphasises the importance of employee training, covering role-specific development and the integration of sustainability within business functions. A key focus is on leadership roles, including the Chief Innovation Officer (CIO), Sustainability Officer, and Farm Manager, detailing their responsibilities in driving innovation, sustainability, and circular economy initiatives.
Additionally, the course examines the role of agri-tech in advancing sustainable practices, along with methods for measuring and reporting on sustainability performance. Through structured lessons, case studies, and assessment questionnaires, participants will gain the skills needed to implement circular economy projects and enhance organisational resilience.
